Return Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required (e.g., your order confirmation email)
Returns that don’t meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Worn or damaged products
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at support@acadeshirts.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange
- We’ll review your request and send instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable service (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty)
We recommend keeping your return tracking information until your refund or exchange is processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Delays may occur depending on your payment provider
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? If the item is in stock, we’ll process your exchange once we receive your original item. If it’s out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or help you choose a different item.
