Returns & Refund Policy

At Acadeshirts, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right!

Returns

You’ve got a generous 180 days from the day you receive your order to start a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags still attached.
• Be in its original packaging.
• Include your receipt or proof of purchase.

To Start a Return:

1. Email us: Send your return request to support@acadeshirts.com.
2. Provide Details: In your email, please include your full name, order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for your return. For damaged or defective items, a photo or video helps us speed things up!
3. Wait for Instructions: We’ll email you back with clear instructions and the return address. Please don’t send items back before you hear from us.

Heads up: Gift cards and final sale/promotion items (unless defective) are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

Once we get your returned item back and check it over, we’ll send you an email to confirm its arrival and let you know if your refund has been approved.

• If Approved: Your refund will be processed within 7 days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
• A Little Patience: Please remember that your bank or credit card company might take a few extra business days to post the refund to your account. This is normal processing time for them!

Exchanges

Did you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (wrong product or size)? We’re so sorry about that, and we’re happy to help!

• We only offer exchanges for these specific issues.
• Just reach out to us at support@acadeshirts.com for assistance.
• You won’t pay return shipping for items that are defective.

Cancellations

Need to cancel your order? We get it!

• You can get a full refund if you cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
• After this 12-hour window, cancellations might not be possible if your order has already moved into our production process.
• If your cancellation is approved, we’ll process your full refund within 7 days.
