  2. Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.
  3. If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will process the refund to the original payment method.

Order Changes

We understand that you may want to change certain details of your order, such as the size, color, or shipping address. You can make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it, before it has been processed or shipped.

To request an order change:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@acadeshirts.com.
  2. Provide your order number and specify the changes you’d like to make (e.g., size, color, address).
  3. If your order has not been processed, we will make the necessary changes and confirm the update with you.

After Order Has Shipped

If your order has already been processed and shipped, unfortunately, we are unable to change the items or cancel the order. However, you can return or exchange the items once they are delivered.

Refund Process

If your cancellation request is approved, or if you are returning an item, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
