Cancel/Change Order

At Acadeshirts, we understand that sometimes plans change or issues arise with your order. Here’s how we’re happy to help.

Changed your mind? We get it!

You can cancel your order for a full refund or change the order (size, color, address…) if you do so within 12 hours of placing it.
After this 12-hour window, cancellations and changes may not be possible if your order has already entered our production process.
Approved cancellation requests will be processed for a full refund within 7 days.

We only process exchanges for products that are damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item/size.

If you need an exchange for any of these reasons, please contact us directly at support@acadeshirts.com.
You won’t be charged return shipping for defective products.
