You have 180 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Gift cards and final sale items (unless defective) are not eligible. To start a return, email us at support@acadeshirts.com with your order details, and we’ll provide instructions.
To return an item, please follow the instructions provided in your order confirmation email. You will need to include a copy of the order invoice and the item in its original condition.
We only process exchanges for products that are damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item/size.
