Order Tracking

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Please double-check your address before submitting your order. AcadeShirts is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and arrange for re-shipment. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
We are unable to intercept or reroute packages once they are in transit. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors first. If the issue persists, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, though please understand that replacement or refund decisions may depend on the outcome of the carrier’s investigation.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After this window, your order will begin processing and can no longer be modified or cancelled. As each item is made to order, we are unable to cancel orders that are already in production or have been shipped.
