Returns & Refund Policy

At Acadeshirts, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right!

Returns

You’ve got a generous 180 days from the day you receive your order to start a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags still attached.
Be in its original packaging.
Include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or process refunds for the following items:

Gift cards.
Items marked as Final Sale or Promotion (unless the item is defective).
Items returned beyond the 180-day window.
Items showing visible signs of wear, stains, perfume, or damage caused by the customer.

To Start a Return:

Email us: Send your return request to support@acadeshirts.com.
Provide Details: In your email, please include your full name, order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for your return. For damaged or defective items, a photo or video helps us speed things up!
Wait for Instructions: We’ll email you back with clear instructions and the return address. Please don’t send items back before you hear from us.

Return Shipping Costs

Who pays for the return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

Standard Return (Change of Mind, Fit/Size, Preference)	Customer Pays (You are responsible for all return shipping costs.)	NO (We only refund the item price.)

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance when the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds are processed based on the status of your order:

A. Order Cancellation Refund

You can get a full refund if you cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t entered production. If approved, we’ll process your full refund within 7 days.

B. Product Return Refund

Once we receive your returned item back and inspect it (3–5 days processing time), we will send you an email notification.

If Approved: Your refund (minus the original shipping fee for standard returns) will be processed within 7 days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Please note: Your bank or credit card company might take a few extra business days to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (wrong product or size). For these specific issues, please reach out to us at support@acadeshirts.com for immediate assistance and to arrange your replacement.
