At Acadeshirts, we understand that sometimes plans change or issues arise with your order. Here’s how we’re happy to help.
Order Cancellations/Changes
Changed your mind? We get it!
- You can cancel your order for a full refund or change the order (size, color, address…) if you do so within 12 hours of placing it.
- After this 12-hour window, cancellations and changes may not be possible if your order has already entered our production process.
- Approved cancellation requests will be processed for a full refund within 7 days.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (wrong product or size). For these specific issues, please reach out to us at support@acadeshirts.com for immediate assistance and to arrange your replacement.
